Haringey Uniform Allowance
If you think you could be entitled to claim a one-off Haringey clothing grant of £60 for your child, then please read the information below.
The grant applies if your child is transferring to secondary school in September 2026, and you live in Haringey. You can apply for a clothing grant from 1st April 2026. The closing date for applications for children entering Year 7 in September 2026 is 31 March 2027. To qualify for a grant, you must live in Haringey and your child’s date of birth must be between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015. You can use your grant to buy school clothes and shoes for your child. Haringey may ask to see receipts as proof of what was purchased.
Please note free school meals (FSM) within Haringey schools are no longer administered by the council. All schools now manage FSM applications independently and should be contacted directly about this.
