Entry Requirements
Applicants applying to the Harris Sixth Form will need to attain the required entry-level standards. These are outlined below.
For some courses, from 2022, applicants may need to complete an additional entrance paper or suite of papers from the following, depending on the course(s) to which they have applied:
- English - for essay-writing subjects and Biology
- Maths - for Maths, ICT, Computing, Economics and Sciences
- Science - for Sciences, Social Sciences, CTEC Sport, Business and Economics
These papers will be sat in August (late enrolment date) and all applicants will need to attend.

3 A Levels

A minimum of seven grade 5s in full course GCSE subjects. Must obtain at least a grade 6 at GCSE in a relevant subject for the subjects being considered for A Level. Must have achieved grade 5 in English and Mathematics GCSE. A Level Mathematics requires a grade 7 at GCSE.

4 A Levels
|
Must have a minimum average grade 8 from best 8 GCSE results.

3 A Level / Vocational Level 3 Combination
|
Minimum of three grade 5s and two grade 4s at GCSE or a merit or above in a relevant eqivalent qualification (such as BTEC or CNAT Level 2). Students must choose two vocational subjects and one A level. For the A level students must have the minimum subject specific requirements. Must have achieved grade 5 in English and Mathematics GCSE. |
Vocational Level 3 subjects

A minimum of five grade 4s at GCSE or equivalent, with at least a Merit or grade 4 in a relevant equivalent qualification (such as BTEC or CNAT Level 2). Must have achieved grade 5 in English and Mathematics GCSE.

Kinetic Football Academy |
In addition to academic requirements, formal scholarship offer to join the football academy is subject to Kinetic Foundation staff meeting and assessing applicants to ensure they are suitable for a place on the programme; details for such sessions will be communicated once an application has been made.
