Nick Soar
Executive Principal

Nick is the Executive Principal at Harris Academy Tottenham, Harris Academy St. John's Wood and Harris Lowe Academy Willesden. 


Emily Smith
Head of Primary

Emily is the Head of Primary. Emily was part of the founding team at the Academy, and has established the fantastic Primary provision we have in place.

Emily leads on the strategic and operational direction of the Primary phase.


Kanika Forbes
Head of Secondary

Kanika Forbes is the Head of Secondary.

Kanika leads on the internal organisation, management and control of the Secondary phase. 


Michaela Marshall

Deputy Head of Primary

Michaela is the Deputy Head for the Primary phase.

Michaela works alongside the Head of Primary, to develop our provision. Micheala also has a specific focus on Safeguarding across the Academy.

Vice Principal

Helen is the Vice Principal and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Helen leads on safety, wellbeing and personal development of pupils.

Chloe Marchant
Vice Principal: Quality of Education

Chloe is the Vice Principal with responsibility for Quality of Education.

Chloe also has oversight of English, MFL and Science departments. 






Sait Kacar

Associate Vice Principal: Behaviour, Rewards and Outcomes

Sait is the Associate Vice Principal with responsibility for Behaviour, Rewards and Outcomes.

Sait oversees behaviour, rewards, outcomes, year group leadership and CPD, academic interventions and R&R.

Year groups: 10 and 11.




Irfan Amin

Assistant Principal: Exams, Assessment & Data

Irfan is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Exams, Assessment and Data.

Strategic areas: Vocational education, exams, assessments and testing, ICT, GDPR and timetabling.

Irfan also has oversight of the Art, Drama and Music departments. Personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) education.


Edward Chandler
Assistant Principal: Teaching & Learning and Professional Developement


Ed is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Teaching & Learning and Professional Development.

Strategic areas: Whole staff CPD, instructional coaching, news staff induction and ITE/ECT. 

Ed also has oversight of the Geography and Religious Studies departments.

Afia Chaudhry

      Assistant Principal: Post 16        Head of Sixth Form


Afia is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for the Sixth Form provision.

Strategic areas for the sixth form: Strategic development, teaching and learning, outcomes, pastoral care, kinetic and careers.

Afia also has oversight of the History and Politics departments.

James Croft
Assistant Principal

James is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Assessment and Personal Development.

Strategic areas: Outcomes reporting following assessments and mocks, clubs and Enrichment.

James also has oversight of the Spanish and PE departments.

Ciara 1

Ciara Sutton
Assistant Principal

Ciara is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Literacy, Homework and Teaching and Learning.

Strategic areas: Literacy, homework and the graduate teacher programme.

Ciara also has oversight of English, Classics and EAL.


Samuel Tailby
Assistant Principal: Personal Development

Sam is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Personal Development, Behaviour and Rewards.

Sam oversees attendance, punctuality, off-rolling, rewards, student parliament, trips and visits, cover, behaviour and attitudes.

Year group: 9.


Rachel Posner
Director of Inclusion and SEND

Rachel is the Director of Inclusion and SEND (all-through).

Rachel is the named SENDCo for the Academy and leads the inclusion team, including both Primary and Secondary SEND departments, external funding, annual reviews, more able provision and the Teaching Assistants.
