Executive Principal

Nick is the Executive Principal at Harris Academy Tottenham, Harris Academy St. John's Wood and Harris Lowe Academy Willesden. 


Emily Smith
Head of Primary

Emily is the Head of Primary. Emily was part of the founding team at the Academy, and has established the fantastic Primary provision we have in place.

Emily leads on the strategic and operational direction of the Primary phase.


Kanika Forbes
Head of Secondary

Kanika Forbes is the Head of Secondary.

Kanika leads on the internal organisation, management and control of the Secondary phase. 


Michaela Marshall

Deputy Head of Primary: Primary Phase

Michaela is the Deputy Head for the Primary phase.

Michaela works alongside the Head of Primary, to develop our provision. Micheala also has a specific focus on Safeguarding across the Academy.

Melvin is the Vice Principal with responsibility for Behaviour, Attitudes and Pastoral Care.

Melvin leads on ensuring pupils' behaviour and attitudes are exemplary. Melvin also works with his team to ensure the quality of curriculum enactment and delivery is of a consistently high quality.

Sait is the Associate Vice Principal with responsibility for Behaviour, Rewards and Outcomes.

Sait oversees behaviour, rewards, outcomes, year group leadership and CPD, academic interventions and R&R.

Assistant Principal: Exams, Assessment & Data

Irfan is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Exams, Assessment and Data.

Strategic areas: Vocational education, exams, assessments and testing, ICT, GDPR and timetabling.

Irfan also has oversight of the Art, Drama and Music departments. Personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) education.

Assistant Principal: Teaching & Learning and Professional Developement


Ed is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Teaching & Learning and Professional Development.

Strategic areas: Whole staff CPD, instructional coaching, news staff induction and ITE/ECT. 

Ed also has oversight of the Geography and Religious Studies departments.

Ciara is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Literacy, Homework and Teaching and Learning.

Strategic areas: Literacy, homework and the graduate teacher programme.

Samuel Tailby

Sam is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Personal Development, Behaviour and Rewards.

Sam oversees attendance, punctuality, off-rolling, rewards, student parliament, trips and visits, cover, behaviour and attitudes.

Akwasi is the Director of Pastoral Intervention.

Strategic areas: Assemblies, character development, pastoral intervention, behaviour and attitudes.

Rachel Posner
Director of Inclusion and SEND

Rachel is the Director of Inclusion and SEND (all-through).

Rachel is the named SENDCo for the Academy and leads the inclusion team, including both Primary and Secondary SEND departments, external funding, annual reviews, more able provision and the Teaching Assistants.
