Irfan is the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Exams, Assessment and Data. Strategic areas: Vocational education, exams, assessments and testing, ICT, GDPR and timetabling. Irfan also has oversight of the Art, Drama and Music departments. Personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) education. |

Rachel is the Director of Inclusion and SEND (all-through). Rachel is the named SENDCo for the Academy and leads the inclusion team, including both Primary and Secondary SEND departments, external funding, annual reviews, more able provision and the Teaching Assistants. |
