Executive Principal

Nick is the Executive Principal of Harris Academy Tottenham, and Harris Academy St. John's Wood.

Nick leads on the strategic direction of the Academy, ensuring we continue to offer a first class education that enables every child to thrive.


Emily Smith
Head of Primary

Emily is the Head of Primary. Emily was part of the founding team at the Academy, and has established the fantastic Primary provision we have in place.

Emily leads on the strategic and operational direction of the Primary phase.

Senior Vice Principal

Elaine is a Senior Vice Principal and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Elaine leads on Safety, Wellbeing and Personal Development of pupils. 


Melvin Hall
Vice Principal

Melvin is the Vice Principal with responsibility for Behaviour, Attitudes and Pastoral Care.

Melvin leads on ensuring pupils' behaviour and attitudes are exemplary. He also works with his team to ensure the quality of curriculum enactment and delivery is of a consistently high quality.

Assistant Principal: Primary Phase

Michaela is the Assistant Principal for the Primary phase.

Michaela works alongside the Head of Primary, to develop our provision. Micheala also has a specific focus on Safeguarding across the Academy.


Rachel Posner
Director of Inclusion and SEND

Rachel is the Director of Inclusion and SEND (all-through).

Rachel is the named SENDCo for the academy and leads the inclusion team, including both Primary and Secondary SEND departments, more able provision and the Teaching Assistants.

Joe oversees UCAS and careers as well as teaching and learning in KS5. Joe also has oversight of KS4 Spanish.
