House charities

At HATO we empower students to raise awareness and money for five chosen charities across the academic year – Childline, CentrePoint, RSPCA, British Red Cross and Mind. Pupils deliver assemblies, create posters and collect goods for local food banks.

Inter-house competition

Each term pupils compete to lift the House Cup. This is decided on a combination of factors: behaviour, attendance, punctuality and extra-curricular involvement. Across the next academic year competitions will take place in various forms such as football, debate, dance and basketball.
