Years 1-6

Item

Description

Blazer

Grey Blazer with Academy colours and emblem (optional).

Jumper (Compulsory)

Black with Academy colours and emblem.  No other jumpers, hoodies, sweatshirts or waistcoats will be permitted.

Tie

Striped grey with Academy and House colours. Ties should be worn with a small knot, worn to the neck and be of the correct length.

Shirt

Plain white shirt. Tucked in with the top button done up at all times.

Trousers

Black classic style school trousers.

Skirt

Plain black pleated skirt or black Academy pleated skirt. Knee length (minimum).

Summer dress (Optional)

Light blue Academy gingham summer dress or playsuit or Academy gingham dress for the Summer term (optional).

Plain black cardigan (no logo) can be worn with the summer dress (optional).

Socks/Tights

Plain black socks or plain black tights.

Shoes

Plain black leather or leather look shoes.  No coloured stitching, logos, fancy buckles, trainers, canvas shoes or pumps are allowed.

Bag

Academy book bag (optional).

Coat

Black reversible jacket with emblem (optional).

No leather and no denim. 

Hat

Academy cap or plain black - no logo.

Hair Accessories

Hair accessories such as slides, ribbons bobbles, etc, should be simple and in school colours (black, white or turquoise).

The uniform pupils wear in Reception is slightly different to the rest of the school. This is because we want you to be really comfortable when you’re taking part in so many activities – running around, playing in the water tray and playing with the construction will feel so much better when you’re wearing comfier clothes!
